Tell us what you have
Material, rough quantity and how often it accumulates. No sorting and no grading on your end. If you have no idea what it is, that is the normal case.
We assay a sample
You send a representative sample, or on lots above 2,000 lb we come and take one. The assay establishes chemistry and contamination, which is what actually sets the value.
We quote, then weigh and pay
A written price against that assay, issued before the lot moves. Weight verified on arrival at Laramie. No consignment, no settle-later, no deduction invented on the dock.
If you generate steadily
We place a labeled collection container in your tool crib and schedule pickups against it. The material never gets handled twice, nobody has to remember to call us, and you stop thinking about it entirely.

Before you call
Do I need to sort my scrap before selling it?
No. Send it mixed. Identification and separation are our job, not yours, and asking a shop to grade its own carbide is how most buyers quietly push work onto the seller. Tell us roughly what you have and roughly how much.
How long does the process take?
The sample and assay step is what sets the timeline. Once we have material in hand the assay and the written quote follow quickly. For a large or recurring lot we will usually arrange to sample on site instead, which removes a shipping leg.
How do I know I am not being lowballed?
Because the quote is written against an assay of your own material rather than a market average, so you can see what it was based on. It is issued before the lot ships, weight is verified on arrival against that quote, and there is no renegotiation on the dock.
Who pays for freight?
Freight is covered on qualifying loads and we can send containers if you need them. Qualifying thresholds are set per lot and stated in your written quote before anything moves.
